There part of somalia if I do recall Somalia passport is already being given out in this so called somaliland and 2 there borders are controlled by a groups who like to think of themselves as part of somalia

Eritrea and South Sudan were recognized only after the politicians in Addis Abeba and Khartoum allowed these breakaway regions to have a referendum and oblige to the result. Before that time the whole world ignored them for a very long time as no country is interested in recognizing a breakaway state without the blessing of the main government.

Somaliland's only hope is for the crazy guys in Mogadishu to work with them, but that's highly unlikely.

I don't support it, Great Britain has four countries under one leadership. All those countries are quite different to one another yet they still want to stay together as one. I want to see that for Somalia being strong and united.
