I know this might sound harsh but we need to separate the older generation from the newer ones. The older generation has already proven that they cannot fix this country and the only thing they know how to do is teach hate and toxicity to their children.

Children when they reach the age of 6-8 will need to spend most of the year in a boarding school to instil knowledge and to prevent indoctrination from their toxic communities.

We also need to take advantage of our resources to the fullest asap and prevent overgrazing of our grasslands.

Relocation of the nomadic families that are suffering from the drought should also occur as soon as we reach stability.

I would start by starting a business venture myself. I would leadeth by example.

Erasing qabiil is impossible, for the quran says to prioritizes those of close lineage, and its sunnah to know one's lineage, however one needs to understand that one's racial and ethnic brother's rise and success is also one's rise and success. Therefore not letting our tribal beefs reach to an encumbrance on the race's development and progress is vital.

I would do the following
1.create a free universal health care system
2. Free education up to university.
3. Create strong industry and implemt laws that attracts companies to setup manufacturing factories in the country.

Genghis khan did something similar to this. When he conquered this nomadic tribe he immediately killed off all of the elderly. Then he adopted many of the younger children. That way they would grow up identifying more with Mongols and the tribalism from the older generation wouldn’t seep into the new one.

• Promoting Somaliness. We are not Arabs and neither Bantus.
• Promoting Capitalism. Socialism has destroyed our economy and country.
• No more Tribes and Clans who support Al-Shabab or tolerate them.
• Women should have rights.
• Minorities should rights.
• But the majority of Somalis should be prioritized.
• Religion and State should be separated.
• Somalia should side with the Westerners in regards to the Chinese. The Chinese owe Djibouti, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Kenya. But they don't owe Somalia. We can side with their rivals, the Americans and Europeans. We could get a lot.
• Somalia should recognise and normalise its relation with the Jewish State of Israel.
• And also, we should stop following like sheeps the Arabs! They are nothing to us, they are in fact hateful people toward us and our brothers in Africa.

A little of capitalism, xenophobia, but also traditional values (Clans and Tribes are important since they are apart of our Identity). But a radical religion will continue to lead Somalia into Hell.

Kick out all Foreign organisation and troops. Then flip the reset switch.

Stop claiming the territory of Somaliland

Then copy their method of how they got started start clan conferences and all clans MUST be present to build a system of government based on mutual agreement not some Western fallacy.

Get friendly with the SL govt to get them to give us their Iris recognition machines and start registering people into a system going town by town
