9am-5pm work on a project(currently working on a volunteer project and offering data engineering solutions through Azure Synapse)
5pm onwards I work on my coding as well(python/sql)
6-7:30pm Hit the Track Field and either walk/run
7:30pm-12am - Watch TV shows and then sleep

The best tips I have is delete all social media and Get a Routine book and plan your next day the day before u sleep and plan every single hour and read Deep work or check it summary then u all set to go. You got this bro I'm nothing special anyone can do it
