Arab supremacism is more pronounced in the periphery regions of the Arab World, such as West Sudan, North Syria, North Iraq & South Mauritania e.g where Arabs are in contact with non-Arabs & resources are scarce.

I don't know about the dynamics between the Gulf States, but pressure should be imposed on the UAE to stop them funding the Janjaweed.
The non-Arabs of Darfur have no choice now but to work with the SAF to defeat the RSF in Darfur; it will take years to remove this existential threat.
