What's acceptable/normal to do before marriage?

Hi guys, I am new to the forum


just need some honest opinions/confessions as i dont have many somali friends. This is a weird question lol but as long as you have not lost your virginity..is it normal among somalis from the west to have any sexual interactions? Are we supposed to literally not have any physical contact with someone we even consider marrying
