There is nothing permanent except change.
i would convince homey we invest 60% in real estate.
10% would be used to spoils our parents for putting in work.
10% would be spread between family and friends.
10% would be used to release the pressures built up by a life time of living hand to mouth.
10% would be given as charity to the less fortunate in our community.

It was hard for me to imagine having that amount of money in a bag instead being in a bank and I just assumed it was booley moneyit says if you "had this bag" bro, not if you found.
