What was your dissertation for those with Uni Degree

I successfully defended my dissertation last may for my Masters which was about elections and democracy in Africa with focus on east Africa.

Now I'm somewhere in Brussels working on election and democracy issues having done internship at the same place.

For those of you who have uni degrees what was your dissertation.

Me too, I'm getting my PHD in social engineering this fall.

Isn't BSc a Batchelor of Science, does the OP mean a major instead of thesis? Followed by honours (one year full-time) and then followed by MA which could be upgraded to PHD and that is when you are required to choose a thesis for MA and a dissertation for PHD (not all MA require thesis), or is Europe different?

In Europe dissertation is done in all levels of higher education with few exceptions not necessarily as you decribed though .

No a thesis is also a senior culminating project at the end of your program, especially for honors program students.

What was the thesis for your BSc?

Identifying markers for potential vitamin D deficiency in individuals from temperate climates.

For my masters I focused on maternal death and nutritional (iron) deficiencies in Somaliland.
