Compared to the UK some north american cities don’t have the luxury having a lot of options for halal food fast food or not. I have a Psoriasis that manifests in my scalp lags and fingernails. They cause my nails to grow brittle and for them to split down the middle easily. The dermatologist recommended an ointment but I can't be bothered. Nothing to do with diet been like that for as long as I can remember.
