What is your opinion on construction in Somalia

So basically what projects are in the works and what can be improved such as city planning (which ik needs a competent government) and other things.

I just hope this mayor puts out a zone to prevent anyone building anything. I would also hope there to be a all white building polity and start to demolish any building that look unaesthetically pleasing.

But I'm telling you white is bad. The white building +the white sand reflect the sunlight and it blinds you. Houses in Somalia should be painted yellow or something because it's sunny yearlong.
Sadly, houses are solely built by civil engineers; and architects - who have an eye for beauty and sustainability - aren't found here.

The reason they should us white or light blue is because it doesnt absorb the heat and it reflex it back up. It better to have an all white town due to Somalia is near the equator so its hot already

no yellow looks heinous I have seen it and it looks out of place. We can still use white buildings and sort out the temperature of the city once Somalia is stable.

A beige colour would be really nice using organic material like dominican coral stone. Its easy on the eye, aesthetic and doesnt look blinding white.

this colour but a bit brighter would be nice. I think a lot of floral stuff would really put this all together
