Everyone has an agenda,i think its strategic positioning,its easy to keep an army in a disorganized country like somalia,turkey softend up somalia first by sending children to school and gave the gov some money,their target is the gulf countries and east africa,they are making alot of money from construction contracts in iraq,they are planning to take all the construction contracts in syria too,the war in syria benefits them they get cheaper crude oil there,may be they benefit the same in somalia
