36-40hours-ish. Started getting hallionations and paranoia, I was convinced the people I was partying with were plotting to throw me off the balcony lol

40 hours, it was due to some new meds they gave me when I fell ill. Most the meds here are from Bangladesh and very crappy. I was wide awake, couldn't eat and couldn't sleep. Come to think of it I actually think it might've been longer than 40 hours but that time is basically a blur now.
