What is the biggest Eagle you ever seen in the wild in Somalia?

Few years ago me and my uncle took a car with a couple of girls to the bush for trekking and picnic,
as we were eating we came across this huge eagle its wings were so large even from a far that I would
estimate its wingspan was around 9ft. Somalia has very large birds of prey that can enter the guinness world
records book.
