You cannot recreate what a Somali is despite ancient admixture they are homogenous aka autosomally uniform. They are not like newly admixed populations that are highly variable. Ethnic Somalis are a group unto themselves. And obviously you cannot simply join any mainstream Somali tribe as a non-ethnic.

I dont understand your comment Well do u mean like non somali man can be Somali and his if he mix with somali woman and his his kid or kids mix with somali womans thru generation if then There is no pure thing or homogenous but a non somali cant be somali even if the person have autosomal dna of somali ppl

I think you have difficulty understanding. I did not say that.

Somalis are homogenous. In that they are uniform and their ancient admixture stabilized a long time ago. You won't find DNA results that differ among full Somalis who don't have new mixture.

I said a minority non-ethnic clan or foreigner cannot assimilate into the Somali clan structure. You must have a Somali father. And even then if you are newly mixed with different ethnicities it is detectable (either through appearance or genetic analysis). Stop acting like Somalis are highly variable when most are usually quite similar to each other aka homogenous.

what are they? People will argue that all somalis are ethnic somalis. now is every somali national ethnic somali? what are the ethnic groups in Somalia?

Ethnic somalis = darood, hawiye,dir,isaaq, Raxanweyn, mandhibaan, tumaal and some smaller clans.
Mixed ethnic somalis : banadiris, barwanis, some bantus who have ethnic somali ancestry
Non ethnic somalis: some bantus, Yemenis etc
All of the above are somalis by culture including some pure Yemenis and bantus
