What Happens if Mamluk Becomes President. Somali Emirates?

I’ve been seeing Deni is going to run for president all over the place and I think he actually has a good chance if he can get the backing of the FMS. But what happens to his post. I was thinking that it would be a UAE type situation where it’s just a title and they do one job replacing the other. But then would this be the new norm. In the UAE the president is always from the emirate of Abu Dhabi and the Vice President from Dubai. If our FMS can come to an agreement like this it would for sure block any future attempts from a dictator to take over fully. But at the same time it could invite corruption and give whatever tribe/FMS that has the presidency a superiority complex and bragging rights. (which I highly doubt any of our tribes would not do). In any case we need to change our constitution this 4.5 shit is literally making us live like barbarians it’s worse than the Indian caste system. Institutionalized discrimination. I say the emirate system is most suitable with tribes having free access to move so that whatever FMS has the presidency won’t be tied to a specific tribe. Once we r on the up and up we can have refugees come from all over giving us a sense of somalinimo and throwing this clan system in the trash where it belongs. UAE is primarily ruled by the Emirs of Abu Dhabi who hold the presidency and the military leadership the idea of UAE presidency should have been a rotating position between the different Emirats but Al Nahyan family consolidated on that position which became hereditary and dominate every sector of UAE institution and the PM position is hold by Al Maktoom family of Dubai so two families rule the country similar to Somalia where Darood and Hawiye run the country
