Both have big connection. Lot of my uncle use bosaaso because cheaper rate but Berbera is closer to laascaanood than Bosaaso. Also double tax when bringing in through puntland first and then again customs when bringing into somaliland second. Berbera would be single tax, just somaliland.

I find it amusing that people say if Somaliland was a federal state the could've gotten better deal.

But Puntland got a bad deal too, even worse.

Regardless, hopefully they start developing Bosaso Port and regardless of deal or state I do wish other Somalis well.
