Diced chicken, Tzaki sauce and various dips, fish, canned oysters, chocolate milk, full cream organic milk, wholemeal bread, blueberries, mangos and grapes, protein shakes and frozen fruits for oatmeal toppings
Chicken, ground beef (only for sambusas because we don’t eat red meat often), salmon, cheese, milk, coffee cream, tea, coffee, whipping cream, yogurt, carrots, Brocolli, cauliflower, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, green onion, onion, diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, pasta sauce, pasta, bbq sauce, thai red curry paste, olive oil, butter. Then for healthy snacks it’s usually apples, bananas, grapes, tangerines. We also get cookies and granola bars. Orange juice, iced tea, mango juice or apple juice. I didnt include rice or flour because we buy the huge pack that lasts like 2-3 months nor spices because thats a given we have at home. I’m missing some but these are the core items we use.
