His dad is a White Canadian of Scottish,some Irish,English and French and his mum is half Peurto Rican half German and 1/8 Ashkenazi Jewish.

Look what I found, his DNA results, he's around 9 percent Nigerian and three percent North African. Howie is also around 9 percent African. You can always tell when a White person has some African or other DNA.

I think it's hard to tell. The only thing that gave that impression were his LatinX roots on his mother's side (many of them have some % of West African if I'm not mistaken Puerto Rico used to be more madow 200 years ago). There are people with more madow in them who look entirely cadaan. I think it's sort of this myth that we can see madow in people after a certain point. If they are half they tend to look like intermediates (usually not white unless heavily mixed and certainly more pale than their madow parent). If they are a quarter they can range from looking like AJ to appearing indistinguishably cadaan.

I think that is what I spot in people who have mixed roots down the line, the undertone and sometimes certain hair textures.

Its not all of them but with some people, throwback genes show up even if subtle.

It must be very subtle. To most people they aren't visible minorities. I don't think people would be able to tell very easily like in the example below (who is more than 9% SSA). After some point they cease to be noticeably ethnic. And I think FBA madow people should start policing who is and who isn't one of them because if reparations happens for them anyone will be claiming it just like they claimed partially native eons ago.
