I've only ever seen it in the Middle East. I frequent halal stores near me (mostly Turkish owned) and I've never seen it. Nor do I know any other Somali families that drink it.

That's cool though. I used to sneak past my mum and eat the powder thing raw. That shit is diabetes in a can, but fucking delicious.

I remember I use to scoop handfuls and run off with that shit. Looking back on it it's a miracle I ain't a type-2 diabetic.
