Probably 100. If you translate IQ tests and contextualise it in a concept relatable to the African population then you’ll see that these IQ averages are a myth.

Yeah I've actually noticed it's those two countries that enter high skill jobs like Medicine and Academia, at least here in the US. You don't really see that with other black migrants

Right now it’s in the 70s(some groups probably in the 60s) and that’s what decades of Iq testing produced by many different researchers has clearly shown.
With proper infrastructure and development I think most of sub Saharan Africa can hit the low 80s. The Afro-Asiatic areas of the horn can hit the 90s maybe.
