Think it might just be a case of something catching fire and then spreading.
Problem is Hobyo isn’t able to unload containers. So goods are transported on boats which is more dangerous. If the new maamulka can’t get the residents to agree on building Hobyo, then they should move to another port city. We can’t wait forever
