I look at it as a philosophy personally and I believe that it can be compatible with any human. Buddhism doesn't have a G-d.

Are you Jewish? This is a Jewish practice, this spelling "G-d" rather than Allah or God.
I think it's a good topic and I'm very interested in it, seeing as I deal with a lot of people from Asian countries where Buddhism is a big thing. Also, there is tons of material refuting Christianity from an Islamic viewpoint but I don't know of material refuting Buddhism.
I know people who come from Buddhist backgrounds, I respect Buddhists and to my understanding Buddhism has played a role in teaching some form of morals in many Asian cultures. There are aspects to Buddhism that I think are worthy of respect.
But Buddhism in Asia I believe is associated with paganism and in the West associated with atheism. That's extremely serious from the Islamic viewpoint.
Another thing is I think Buddhism is overly passive. Buddhists are supposed to do no harm, the religion even promotes veganism. If people follow Buddhism, I think it will make them like docile sheep. I kind of see it as an ancient psyop to make populations passive and non-resistant. I don't believe in the "opiate of the masses" theory of religion but I do think it seems true in the case of Buddhism.

something that very much bothers me about Buddhism and Christianity is that both imo undermine the human right to self-defense and also promote celibacy... this enables the evil agenda being pushed of not letting people protect themselves against criminals and also the evil agenda of breaking down marriage and family life... with the cultural rooting of these religions, these evil agendas would sort of be implied to be promoting higher spirituality and pushing a spiritual ideal (not defending yourself and celibacy) rather than actually just undermining humanity
