i recently got into makeup and i asked my friends for some help, but they all suggested some expensive, over the top shit and i'm broke. i could go to a makeup store, but the nearest one is an hour away and my parents would never allow me. if you could recommend some cheap, high quality stuff that can be brought online, that would be much appreciated.
