Very simple and cheap in regards to the actual components (being the modules and meter) but requires an infrastructure for support and maintenance something that can be alleviated by remote support employing the many tech start-ups currently in the country and established telecommunication network making even the most remote camel herder have access to the internet.

Agreed. Farming in Somalia is executed so poorly that the land is just wasted
