The reality: It all depends on the setting. I enjoy my own company and certain group settings. I can have a convo with any stranger if I want to. Don’t like cliques or groupthink so I don’t try to associate myself too much with that sort of behavior. People who do might find me stand-off ish. My poker face is nonexistent.
