Didn't they just elect a Defund the Police mayor? Like Toronto, Minneapolis and Los Angeles and many other cities, Chicago is also seeing population decline. Very sad. This is what you get with left wing mayors and/or city councils. Total mayham and chaos and people leave, leaving some unfortunate folks who can't escape and the degenerates behind.
