As a jubalander it’s embarrassing for us to go against the government right now we are currently getting ready for a big offense against shabaab and the pm is from jubaland. It’s stupid to focus on dhastuur and kheyraad when you don’t even have half your territory under you.
puntland is older than the federal government and they need to put some respect on their name.

This dispute is how to divide powers between FGS & FMS, PL doesn't want to give most powers to the federal government, Madobe on the other hand isn't that opposed to HSM since he doesn't interfere in JL affairs, so Madobe signed away most of his powers to the federal government.
