I could be wrong, but I think they suffer from sort of mental disorders like autism and ADHD. It is way bigger than being bullied in the past.

The schools I went to from Pre-K to High school were predominantly White, actually the only Somalis in my school were my siblings, 3 cousins of mine and 2 half Oromo, half Somali girls. I didn't go to school with blacks until college.
