Asalamu Alaikum everyone I have been wondering how I discipline myself along with eating habits and weight loss. I am 5"11 and 182lbs and 15 just need tips because I have a YMCA membership and go to the gym.

Two meals every day. Breakfast and afternoon light lunch. Drink a lot of water. Include dates in your diet because it is full of minerals u need

Drink a cup of hot black coffee blended with freshly squeezed lemon juice.

You’re 15 so you shouldn’t reduce your calories to get into a caloric deficit. Exercise more and your body will get there. Take up a sport and do body weight exercises.

Bro just exercise, sleep well and spend time outdoors. Spend more time with friends and family to improve your mental health.

If your friends play sports, join in with them.

You’re very young so it’s not that hard to lose a few kilos. You’re not obese or “fat” so you have nothing major to worry about.

Just do what I listed above and you will see results. Try to cut down on fast food (don’t stop eating but reduce it) if you enjoy bingeing it

Pretty much what @Mozart said. Unless you're near obese category(which you're not), you're better off doing a recomp/eating at maintenance and lifting at your age

Stick to the basics(PPL or 3x a week Full Body ) and you'll be good to go.

Man I wish I lifted weights at that age. I would've pulled so many baddies in hs
