We have a lot in common with South Sudanese people

I have noticed a lot of similarity between Somalis and the people that inhabit South Sudan and Gambella region in Ethiopia. We obviously share a lot in terms of ancestry with average Somali compromising around 60% nilotic ancestry. Both groups share a lot in terms looks (thin body frame, tall, large cheekbones) but it goes deeper than that. Both groups are spread out in multiple countries, and both are dealing with the aftermath of a deadly tribal civil war.

South Sudanese immigrants living in the west are having many of the issues we have in the diaspora. But probably the weirdest similarity is style of music.
