The title is shocking. It's provocative. It can be perceived as extreme. But I guess I wanted us here to be a little more conscious of the situation unfolding in both Russia and China in regards to our current lives (assuming most of us live in the west and not in connection to Russia and China).
Many developments are transpiring and have transpired over the last year, since Russia began the invasion of Ukraine. The bombing of the Nord Stream pipeline, the shooting down of the Chinese spy balloon in the US, and now drones in the sky that are obviously surveillance drones from Russia and China to determine North America's overall defensive capabilities, and not aliens from another world.
These are not the types of moves you make without other nations knowing. These are actions that will be considered provocations of war and aggression. In the coming months, I suspect things will escalate further, impacting us in the West.
This leads me to my second point in the thread: the draft and why I believe it's important for everyone to not accept joining this clearly idiotic war that's based on geopolitics and not a war with any ethical or moral worth behind it.
I implore you not to join the ranks in fighting. Your leaders will not fight. The elite amongst the countries won't fight. Businessmen and aristocrats won't fight. They'll only expect the commoners to fight. And for what? A war that was predicted almost a decade ago due to continuous encroachment on Eastern Europe by NATO. Do I feel sorry for Ukraine? Yes, of course. The citizens are in the real victims of this power struggle amongst giants. They believe they're fighting for themselves. When in reality, they're fighting for NATO's interests or Russia's. This is clear from the general instability in the nation with pro-NATO and pro-Russia militia groups.
I hope that through noncompliance on both the West and Russia (among the citizens), both sides will stop aggressions and force themselves in peace for the sake of world order and Ukrainians.
I refuse to die in the cold half way across the planet for a group of rich and powerful assholes who won't even hold a gun with me in the foxhole. I fucking refuse.
