Trying to establish a goverment in Mogadishu and then hoping the Somali state is revived . We should instead build a Somali goverment in Galkacyo at this point puntlland should have established a parallel goverment in puntland . I believe allot of Somalis would love this model. Eventually the west would have recognized this goverment . Jubbaland would pledge allegiance so would south west and even north east would do also . There for u kill two birds with one stone u revive the somali state u put the Mogadishu admin on an offside move. And u make amends with reer laascanood I don’t think reer laascanood would mind having puntland as a Somali state . Their next of kin .
