Was Tanzania and Kenya originally Cushitic land?

I heard this somewhere but not sure if it's true??
Considering that a lot of their ancestors only recently migrated to east Africa, it’s likely true that cushites used to be the majority. Some of the biggest ethnic groups in Ethiopia migrated to east Africa in the 14th century meanwhile there is evidence of cushites living in Kenya 2000 years ago.

so basically it’s likely Cushites were there first, before hordes of migrating Bantu speaking groups arrived in east Africa.

Tanzania literally has the last south Cushitic tribe what you smoking G πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Iraqw are the last south Cushitic tribe left d they survived the bantus by holding out on the mountains. They number about over a million.

Early pastoralists that have a similar genetic profile to Kerman dna analysed were in lake Elmenteita in Kenya around 5k years ago I think
