Why is this attack just immediatly after the Uhuru/Failmajo tug of war in regards to the disputed water? When Kenya just closed the border?
Because the only group that has been escalating the issue is reer qulle who want to create tension because of Axmed Blackie .So instead of creating conflict points in Mandera/Beled xawo you folks decide to disrupt free flow of movement of people from Wajir to Dhobley.
