Shiishid onion garlic
Make a dalac bilaash
Oil
Onion first
Add coriander and garlic and a little bisbaas
Let it sit on a low hear for five minutes
Add the tomato put the heat a little up
Add tiny bit of water

wash the beans
Smash it up and add it to the dalac
Wait for it to cook give it ten minutes
Add water if you need to if it becomes too thick
Add salt
Tadaa

Are you still in hargeisa?

if so you can buy a fadiirad from most restaurants very quick and easy meal or make one at home just buy sabaayad some eggs and onions than chop the onion and chop the sabaayad fry the onions than toss in the eggs and mix it than throw in the sabayaad at last and you have your 5 minute meal ready

Or you could make some omelette/pancake or a frittata

or get bread and eggs from the store and make some french toast or get an avocado and you can make an avocado toast or you can make some noodles and throw in veggies

You could also make a tuna sub get some tuna,mayo and veggies from the store and some bread

Thank you huuno but that requires too much work, I'm going to go eat out
 
It’s too much carbs for one to be consuming. There needs to be some protein & vegetables for the fibre
Exactly like Salmon or bass fish. Also fruits and vegetables are essentials that we seem to ignore. I think it could because we only stick to foods we know
