You can do go to therapy and process your emotions if you need to and also believe in qadr. Stop using qadr as an excuse not to do anything. Yes everything is writen but use the choices and will Allah has given you to do the best you can

It's not mutually exclusive. You could use your faith to carry you forward and give you a sense of resilience and you could go to therapy. Though the former is more accessible than therapy which is more costly and not as accessible to all.
