Somaliland simply stated it accepts the call to enter into talks with Somali which we all know will never lead anywhere.
Neither Somaliland or Somalia has moved from this and if anything it shows Somalia reluctant acceptance of SL and Ethiopia ties and claiming it as tripartite deal.
