Somalia has no leg to stand on Kenya will take that waters eventually and maybe even more. Their military is in Somalia and can March on capital if they want . Surprisingly somali leadership in Kenya also strongly support Kenya on issue . Even if court ruled in our favor they will not militarily enforce those boarders
President has no backbone to be allowing this. Kenya controls that region with its horgal madobe in charge so it’s expected. Now they’re just reaping the rewards. What’s shocking to me is Kenya is still pursuing this despite departure of uhuru. I thought hostilities would end with him gone.
Kenyas military in Somalia is funded by EU who are cutting funding and the reason they are in the country in the 1st place is due to OGs using them as a buffer. Their army is not going to do anything sxb.
No somali leader is going to back off it now, their popularity would plummet.
