The roads are absolutely crazy and full of drugged up/drunk or terrible drivers.

This is why I have said before if anyone has committed any crime to execute them. This guy committed a similiar crime before, forget about all the others. Criminals can't be trusted.

All these second/third/fourth chances are stupid.
If you give these people a slap on the wrist after commiting a crime don't act surprised when they commit more crime and possibly even worse to the point human life is lost.

We need to be more harsh.

Who even knows if it was suspended in the first place. The system is fucked up. Having a drivers licence has practically become a human right at least where I am. They cry to the judge that they have no way of getting around as if there is no bus/Uber service or as if their legs don't work. All I can say is to look both ways when you have green.
