Imagine if ancient Egypt kept their culture and civilisation for centuries to come.

Imagine if they kept their traditions but also Modernise some aspect of their society and social norms.

Egypt today doesn’t gives off the right vibe.

Everything about the ancient vs. Todays Egypt is sad.

Egypt could've been much better I believe. A combination of all sorts of issues led to their downfall and conquests by foriengn nations. Heavily influenced by the Greeks and outright culturally assimilated by arab nomads losing their language.

An expansive Egypt that maintained a continued lineage like China would be a great civilization 100%

I see few gaps in the lines. Nasser was the first Egyptian to rule since 6 century BC

Diversity killed it.

Every civilisations wanted to visit and conquer Egypt.

it was exposed to every civilisations, religion and modern colonial rulers.

Egyptian had no chance.

Side note: people goes this far to believe the rulers of Egypt weren’t even humans but an intelligent extinct race.

Egypt during their golden age were like the only civilisation in the region barring some minor ones that came and went in the fertile crescent.

But as Humanity started to develop all of a sudden Egypt found itself right in the middle of the civilisation game and all the empires were reaching for them.

It’s not a surprise:

It’s standing on the peak of three-four major civilisations: Assyrian Empire, Greeks, Roman and Persian empire.

But to be fair, the Egyptians had to put up with some of these empires.

For example the Egyptian wage war with the babylonians (by collaborating with Assyrian empires).

Egyptians later got squashed by the babylonians.

This was a clear sign that their defeat would continue later on history.

Kkkk
