Why is everyone and their ayeeyo on a keto diet these days.

Everywhere I go, people are ordering steaks, cheese, whole milk in coffee.

I'm still sticking to my pescetarian life style.

@sophisticate are you still on paleo? People will hop on the paleo trend in 2019.

I've done it for 3 years. I'm pleasantly suprised Wallahi. I visited the West coast and they had a paleo resturant. Still not super widespread but its gaining more traction. There's also a keto cafe near my ends.

It actually makes sense on how our ancestors were so lean before the introduction of pasta or rice, cause their diet was rich in proteins, dairy, vegetables, and occasional legumes and sorghum.
