Well for one thing, it is quite clear this individual who wrote this letter has never written a “professional” letter before (let alone a paragraph). If you look quite closely you’ll notice that a lot of mistakes were made. Plus the insignia looks like it was copied and pasted on. Just an educated guess. How about adding a source next time yea .
