Yes but jinns are made of a smokeless fire which can not be seen by humans so we will never see them unless they transform and even during the shooting star you will see nothing but the flame as it falls to the Earth
As for angels they are made of light which can not be seen by humans and they perfect beings made by Allah so I'm sure they would never show themselves

Well that is an command from Allah. Angels dont do random things. I think its most likely an US classified aircract. United States has an habit denying some aircraft exist and then we learned later they do exist. Look up black projects and aurora. The B2 spirit stealth bomber look like an alien aircraft.

Allah gave us intelligence, but not the jinn.
But Allah gave jinns speed and strength.
The reason why you see occultist doing all sorts of degrading stuff and sacrifices, is for the jinn to please himself from the inferiority he has from us, it makes him feel better afterwards and then in return he shows them some magic tricks.
