Whether this is true or not, the e-visa system which is the standard around the world is here to stay so I dont understand why the secessionists are celebrating this. I really dont. Let's be honest, most will have a better quality of life and opportunities wherever they live rather than Somalia, to attract people you first have to build a good environment for them to live in
