I have few explanations
1- we had political issues with Kenya, due to the maritime dispute and Kenya’s flexing on us in jubaland

2- us being depended on Ethiopia and having mutual benefits from training soldiers to controlling areas for FGS

3- Ethiopia has bigger influence economically, politically and militarily on FGS than Kenya

yet still this seems hypocritical, but you need to have some realistic point of viewing
