Im not up to date with uk politics but it seems like the man is an islamiphobe

Nearly all politicians are islamophobic, some are just open about it.

Labour isn’t going to benefit Somalis. Somalis, collectively, need to understand that we only have each other.

Free shit and benefits will make us more lazy and we don’t need more Somalis to leave Somalia.
The ones that are already here should get a degree and return back to our motherland. Somalis that aren’t studying and aren’t gaining anything from staying in the west should be sent back already.

The alt right are raising and growing in numbers anyway. I’ll give ten years before Somalis will be deported.

Furthermore, removing /reducing tuition fees will mean a lot of universities going bankrupt or unable to provide as many opportunities for less privileged applicants. Why would a university give a place to a poor student paying 3k when it can get 10k from wealthier or international students. 9k tuition fees means that poor students are just as capable of going into uni as anyone else. During my time when it was 3k tuition fees, only the smartest students could get into uni.
