I am not sure if this is true, we will see. I don't want to see 'foreign armed' presence in Puntland personally like Amisom with any security services. But I will welcome security agencies who influence their government policies. We already got Diyano with the CIA. I don't see any real need for 'military' presence by America in Bosaso, let them stay in Djibouti and have fun with their women lol.

I however welcome all 'intelligence' organizations to be based in Puntland, these are the ones who give their government daily briefings and policy advice on 'American or British' interests world wide. Puntland must be their no 1 partner in Red Sea and Somalia.
