Farmaajo and Kheyre broke that tradition by giving it to Juxa, a former minister of education in PL. Today Juxa fired the secretary general of the ministry of interior. Immediately another minister, who coincidentally happens to be HG but has nothing to do with interior ministry, wrote a statement saying that the sacking of the SG is unconstitutional. Today marks the first day that the Kheyre cabinet has two ministers openly defying each other. Will he approve the sacking of the SG or will he reinstate him and therefore give Juxa reasons to resign. If he sides with Juxa, the already marginalised HG will be even further.marginalised. The resignation of Juxa might jeopardise the good relationship between Puntland and the SFG.

The HG guy is state minister of interior and his role is assigned to him by the PM whereas Juxa is minister of interior and he can fire anyone he damn pleases since he runs the ministry. That's why the HG guy is complaining to the prime minister and president. HG think PM post belonged to them this time around but it was given to their sub clan rival murusade (the al-shabaab tribe) and the interior minister was also not given to one of them. ali haji warsame is an al ittihad stooge and not adequate representative of PL in Mogadishu, if they give him the job to fill the quota then PL will oppose them. However if Abdiweli wants to extend his term he would allow the stooge to take up the ministry in Mogadishu to get him out of the way in the PL elections.

Why would a "dhulo presidency" be feared? If anything it could help win over some dhulo people + land to Puntland by having a dhulo President, even if the presidency lasted for a short while.

For all you information, the secretary general of the ministry of interior is non other then (you guessed it) murursade, so now the PM and President are having a showdown over this, while Juxa is calling Puntland over the meddling of PM Kheyre.

PM is saying that Juxa has no right firing someone without him as PM having the last say and without the decree of the President, thus complicating it for Juxa.

Gaas is Cumar Maxamuud and is leading PL, there's no way in hell Ali Haji, another cumar maxamuud, will represent the MJs at the national stage. During Faroole presidency no Ciise Mahmoud had ministerial position. It's that simple. This is why I laugh at the likes of you and resident Dahir Calasow who seem to be fixated with Ali Haji.

As for Gaas being expelled, that's a possibility, but Camey will resume office. We are not dummies like Galmudug, that hold elections after their president resigned, instead of allowing the Marehan hostage VP to finish the term. That's what VPs are for: to fill the power vaccuum in the unlikely event that something happens to a president.
