Two headed executive branch in Somalia

Call me a conspiracy theorist but maybe the reason why for the last 21 years we have both a strong president and a strong prime minister at the same time is because the international community (aka the so called democratic West and their African lackeys) insisted on this two headed national executive branch so that our two leaders are often at each other's throats and therefore we don't progress forwards and fix ourselves.

Only one of them should have all the power and the other should be only ceremonial (president)/a subordinate servant (PM)

The reason why we’re in an abysmal state is because Somalis don’t trust each other and there’s no accountability or justice. It’s time we stop blaming others and look at ourselves.
