The GNA is already in the outskirts of Sirte and Al Jufra. Russia is already out of Sirte. Wagner group placed mines in Sirte just like they did in Triboli few month ago.
Not sure about Al Jufra. There is an airbase that is being used by Russian planes. Russian delegation is in Ankara trying to set up a joint Russian-Turkish committee similar to the Astana agreement. I don't think Russia has a strong hand in Libya.
Turkey said they won't negotiate with illegitimate Haftar anymore.
Egypt is an odd ball in Libya. They don't have actual presence there yet. Libyans are saying their country will become a grave yard for Egyptian army if it steps in due to the Libyan terrain being flat.
Turkey is trying to bring in Algerian troops on a peace-keeping missing. It will be a huge departure from its non-interference policy. It looks like Tunisia and Algeria do not like the idea of Egyptian troops in Libya.
Turkey and Russia have announced that they agreed to consider creating a joint working group on Libya although they are supporting rival camps in the conflict in the North African country, reminiscing the Astana Process the two countries had formed to tackle the turmoil in the Syrian war.
