This was one of my favorite games me and my siblings and friends would play as a kid, all you have to do is say these two Somali sentences as fast as you can repeatedly and avoid not to end up saying my father fucked him self. 
Try saying "Aabahay mar i wad mar is wad" which closely translates to "My father would one time drive me and one time drove himself" ten times repeatedly as fast as you can, I guarantee you you will say "Abahay mar i wad mar is was"
